Update: The artist is Francois Launet, and he has a whole site chockers with wonderful Cthulhoid goings-on here.

It’s been around for a while now and I’ve used it on several sites - always impresses the clients (more so than all my lovingly hand-coded ‘behind the scenes’ work dammit!)
